🎄 Parking is limited and as the weather is unpredictable we may not be able to park on the grass, so entries have to be capped—get yours in quick to secure a spot!

BHI Barn Hunt Trial @ Javawolf with Jo-Ann Essex
We will run two trials, over the weekend one each day. We will start at 10:00, please arrive no earlier than 09:30
To enter you must have a BH number for your dog, and need to enter this into the 'View/Edit Dogs' and select edit on the dog you want to add the number too. Visit Barnhunt to get a number and for more information.
You will need to enter each class in each trial separately you can enter both days if you wish. Please read the description of the trial before entering and make sure you choose the correct session on the day you require. Please also check your dog is eligible for the class you enter, if in doubt please ask as refunds cannot be given on the day.
The class will be indoors in a secure area so yellow dogs are welcome, all dogs are working alone. An enclosed exercise area will be available along with refreshments.
Please ensure you dog is happy to be contained quietly in your car as only one dog is allowed in the building at a time and we will keep the area around the entrance clear, also your dogs will need some downtime between classes.

Yes we know we are a bit after Bonfire Night, but why should that stop us? Join us for a crackling day of Hoopers with a spark! Expect fiery runs, warm camaraderie, and a dash of historical mischief as we celebrate the most British of festivals. Hooper will be on hand with his clipboard to log every leap and cheer on the Guy Fawkes flair.

Get ready for an exciting weekend as 4 Paw Fun Dog Training hosts their debut BHI Barnhunt Trial.
Dates: Saturday & Sunday, 15–16 November 2025 Time: 10:00 start, running until approximately 14:00

Booking Information
Bookings are managed through Javawolf. Please ensure your dog is registered on the Javawolf website with a valid BHI number. If you don’t yet have one, you can obtain a BH number from the Barn Hunt Association before registering.
Refreshments
Hot and cold drinks along with snacks and sweets will be available throughout the event.

Join us for a spooktacular day of Hoopers with a twist! Expect thrilling runs, spooky sweet hunts, and plenty of eerie excitement. Human and dog costumes are warmly encouraged (just not on the dogs while they’re competing!). And don’t worry—thanks to the clocks going back the night before, you’ll get an extra hour in bed to prepare for all the ghoulish giggles.

Javawolf 'Rodeo' Hoopers - September November 2025 Show with 'The big team event'
Yeehaw! Join us on Sunday 28th September for a rootin’-tootin’ day of fast turns, fancy footwork, and tail-waggin’ fun at our Rodeo-themed Hoopers Show. No horses here—just our four-legged cowpokes showing off their hoopin’ skills in true Wild West style. Expect plenty of laughs, great runs, and maybe a few cowboy hats (on humans only, we promise). Giddy-up and get entered!
There will be a rodeo themed fun pay-on-the-day class for you to enjoy if you wish, details to follow!
The show will run in the standard format, but behind the scenes you will be part of a secret team with extra prizes up for grabs!
Prizes for your class runs as normal, with Trophies to 3rd and Rosettes to 3rd or 15% of entry.
Then a second chance to win with special prizes for the best combined team performance across Hoopers, Barrels, and All Sorts.
You do not need to do anything other than enter your dogs as normal.
The 'computer' will put you in a team of four behind the scenes and the best group will win. You won't know until the presentation who was in your team and how you did.
The show is outdoors with secure rings so yellow dogs are welcome. An enclosed exercise area will be available along with refreshments for purchase.
