Details of the time slots times are in the show schedule. Once the show has closed to entries then time slots will be allocated and e-mailed to you. You will also be able to view it on this site on your entries page. ***Currently there is no option to choose a preference of who you are grouped with but you will be able to go back and add your preference, look at for a email shortly with details***
You can cancel your entries before the closing date of a show. Use the View/Edit Entries page on the 'My Account' dropdown button. The fees will be placed into your Javawolf account. You can then request a refund to the original payment method by e-mailing jo@scruffydogs.co.uk, there is a £1 charge for this. You can also use the credit in your account to enter other classes.
There is no administration fee to enter a show so you only pay the cost of the class. You can also cancel entries before the closing date without a fee. Cancelled entry fees are placed as a credit on your account. There is a £1 fee to get the credit out of your Javawolf account and refunded to the original payment method, this is to cover the administration costs.
If you have a balance in your Javawolf account from cancelled entries then you can request it to be refunded back to the original payment method. To do this e-mail jo@scruffydogs.co.uk with your name and the amount you want returned. There will be a £1 charge to cover costs. The money can only be refunded to the original payment method.
You can cancel the mistaken entry and then use the credit to enter the correct class. If there is a difference in fees then you may have to pay the difference or if cheaper the difference will then be left on your account.
If the class shows more than one discipline such as Hoopers, Barrels, and All sorts then you need to enter them as a group and can not enter each one separately. There will be a single fee, but each discipline is a separate run with an award in each including trophy.
When you enter your dog will be placed into the correct size and grade based on the dog's profile. Unless the class is marked as combined, each size/grade combination is a separate competition with prize and trophy. Once the show entry period closes, your running order will show the class number along side size and grade that you are entered in. The schedule for the show will also detail the classes on offer.
You can simply change it in the profile for that dog. If your dog was entered into a class that it is no longer eligible and the show is still open you can cancel that entry and then enter the correct class. Otherwise please let us know and we will sort it.
Once the closing date has passed it is not possible to cancel an entry for a refund. This is due to fixed costs which we are committed too once the entry period for a show closes. You can amend your entry if you have made a mistake by getting in touch with us.
In the event the show can not go ahead due to weather or other similar event, you will get a full refund before the closing date or 75% after it. If you move your entry to a future event you will get a full credit even after the closing date.
